The booking deposit is a non-refundable deposit that is used to hold, and secure your rental for a desired date. If the rental is cancelled, the renter will receive no refund.

If the renter goes through with their rental, the booking deposit will be used toward the mandatory damage deposit until the rental is over. 

The damage deposit is a refundable deposit held by Davis Rentals LLC during the rental acting as a financial safeguard to cover the cost of damages that may occur during the rental. If damage costs exceed the damage deposit threshold, the renter is responsible and must pay the remainder of repair costs. 

If the rental unit is returned with no damage other than normal wear and tear, the renter will receive a full refund in the amount of the damage deposit. 

Trailers: Renter must have a valid DL and proof of current insurance.

ATV/UTV: Renter must be 18 years of age, and all drivers must be 16 years of age or older. Must provide valid form of identification. IF machine is picked up and transported by renter, driver must provide proof of insurance and a valid DL.

Equipment: Renter must be 18 years of age and provide valid form of identification. If the equipment is picked up and transported by the renter, driver must provide proof of insurance and a valid DL.

All renters must fill out the rental agreement with no exceptions.

Yes, we offer several sizes and styles of utv. 2 seaters & 4 seaters are available. We also have lifted machines ready for the mud!
